What is Kombucha?
In the 70s Kombucha was referred to as "Kocha-Kinoko", nowadays it goes by the name Kombucha. It is a fermented tea drink that is rich in organic acids, probiotics, glucosamine, vitamin B and Enzymes that assist in keeping the bodies digestive system clean which allows the body's immune system to stay healthy.The problem we have today is a lack of gut bacteria diversity in our stomachs.In Japan, the food is extra clean and in general we are not introduced to good/bad bacteria's on a daily basis. This is why when we travel to developing countries, usually we get sick.
